On November 9, at approximately 2:52 p.m. the Jefferson Davis Sheriff’s Department received a call from Regions Bank located in Bassfield about a robbery in progress.

When deputies arrived, along with Investigator Vernon Dampier spoke with witnesses and they stated that a subject dressed from head to toe in all black came in waving a black hand pistol demanding money.

According to the bank employees, the subject was a black female approximately 5’7 weighing approximately 200 pounds. After she noticed that she was unsuccessful she quickly ran out the front door and got in the front passenger side of the vehicle listed below.

Both subjects are still at large and appear to be armed and dangerous.
