JPD has located and arrested the man wanted for a robbery that occurred on Sunday.

The robbery is believed to have occurred found 6:30 a.m at 1246 High Street.

According to Christina Kay from WAPT, Angelo Bernard Cooley was found at a local business later that day wearing the same clothes as pictured on the security camera.

Cooley was arrested on Capital Street.

According to JPD, Cooley entered the business, jumped over the counter, grabbed the cash register, and fled the scene.

The 41-year-old allegedly entered the business, jumped over the counter, grabbed cash out of the register, and then fled, Jackson police said.

Cooley was transported to police headquarters where he was booked and then was later taken to the Raymond Detention Center.
