Escapee in Greenville has been found

The Mississippi Department of Corrections has found escapee, Thomas Wilkerson.

According to The Vicksburg Daily News, Wilkerson left his job site, Restitution Center in Greenville, unauthorized and never came back on Wednesday, May 19.

Magnolia State Live wrote that Wilkerson was in custody on a previous charge from 2017 of running from police and body-slammed a Warren County Sherif’s Department K9 Officer.

Yazoo County Sheriff’s Investigator Terry Gann told Thomas Parker from The Vicksburg Daily News, that they found Wilkerson walking south on Yazoo County Road around 8 p.m. on Wednesday night.
