A neighborhood in Yazoo County is in danger of flooding.
The Sheriff Department’s Facebook page is urging those who live in Eastbrook subdivision on Highway 16 to get out of the neighborhood.
There is a levee near the neighborhood that may be about to break and flood the homes in that neighborhood.
The Sheriff’s Department said this will not affect any other besides the Eastbrook Subdivision. Emergency Management Officials are on the scene.
Deputies are also on scene helping with evacuations. This has nothing to do with the levee on Highway 3 in Yazoo City. Officials are on the scene monitoring the conditions in this area.
