A shooting in Columbus on Sunday night is being investigated by police after at least 70 shots were fired.

The shooting occurred about 10:30 Sunday night in a busy shopping center parking lot, just off Highway 45.

One individual was shot in the leg and went to Baptist Golden Triangle.

After showing up to the hospital, officers were notified of the shooting, but the person shot was not cooperating with the investigation.

They have since been released from the hospital.

Reports say that at least two vehicles were hit by bullets.

No arrests have been made, but it is believed that multiple people in two groups were involved in the gunfire.
