On Friday, police say a man was shot to death and a suspect is on the run.

Pike County Sheriff’s Office said in a release that they responded to the 1000 Block of Delaney Drive in reference to a shooting. The caller said that her 3-year-old grandson had been shot in the foot and her daughter’s boyfriend, Quran Wells, had been shot in the back twice. Wells later died from his injuries.

Deputies are now searching for the alleged suspect, Thomas Earl Brown, Jr. He is wanted in questioning for the murder of Quran Wells and attempted murder of the child. He is 21, 5′ 8″ tall, weighs 185 lbs, and has black hair and black eyes.
