On April 15, officers with the Tupelo Police Department responded to the Robins Street area about a call of an individual exposing himself.
When they arrived, a short foot pursuit occurred and officers took the suspect into custody.
After further investigation, on April 17, 30-year-old Derek Kimble (from Tupelo) was charged with Indecent Exposure 3rd Offense.
On April 17, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen ordered Kimble to be held on a $50,000 bond. These charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
