Leesburg Volunteer Fire Department units are on scene at a location on Parker Road where a man was trapped in his home by storm damage.
Firefighters worked to free the man, who was trapped in his bed inside his home. He’s awake and able to talk, and a Pafford ambulance is en route to the scene, according to radio traffic. Firefighters have him in a vehicle for shelter from the rain as they assess his needs.
