A man wanted for receiving stolen property turned himself into the Jackson County sheriff’s department on Monday afternoon.
Sheriff John Ledbetter says last week the owner of Seward Farms, located on Tanner Williams Road in north Jackson County, found several items stolen from his business at a home across the street and notified the department.
Investigators served a search warrant on Stephen Orso’s property and recovered the items.
Orso, 42, is charged with receiving stolen property and he is jailed on a $10,000 bond.
