Drug Bust Leads to Two Arrests in Adams County

In the early hours of Friday, July 26, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group executed a narcotics search warrant at 601 Old Washington Rd (Holiday Apartments) Apartment 24B.

The apartment is less than 1500 feet from Bibleway Pentecostal Church.

Deputies seized approximately 20 ounces of marijuana, packaging materials, scales, two bottles of suspected promethazine, two loaded Glock pistols with extended magazines, and $2,856 in cash.

Jehron Davis was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule I Marijuana with Intent to Deliver with Firearms and Church Zone Enhancements. He is also charged with Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Davis, who has a history of violent crimes and firearm offenses in Louisiana and Mississippi, also faces active warrants in Arlington, Texas.

Jalandon Green was also arrested and charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Green is currently on probation in Louisiana for similar offenses.

Davis’s bond is set at $250,000 with holds from Texas and Louisiana. Green’s bond is set at $150,000 with a hold from Louisiana. Sheriff Patten emphasized Davis’s long history of involvement with guns and violence across three states.
