ORIGINAL STORY:
The Walmart in Byram is temporarily closed for business as authorities investigate a possible chemical spill.
Chief David Errington said a chemical was spilled and employees were complaining of nausea and eyes burning. The store and the parking lot have been evacuated.
Byram police and store officials are waiting on crews to respond and run an air test before reopening.
