In a press conference Monday, Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson said an arrest has been made in a school threat brought to his attention by the FBI.

The Sheriff said the suspect is a 14-year-old juvenile, and the case will be handled through youth court. The suspect didn’t have the means to carry out the threat, Johnson said, but any threat is taken seriously and investigated to the furthest extent.
