A Guntown woman is behind bars after being in possession of methamphetamine.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Saltillo area of Lee County.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Alexandra Patterson, 29, from the Guntown area. After further investigation, deputies say they found Patterson to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Patterson was arrested and transported to the Lee County Adult Detention Center where she was booked in and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine.
A Justice Court Judge set her bond at $5,000.00.
