A 23-year-old man was arrested after a Domestic Violence call in Tupelo on March 7th.
Officers responded to the Barnes Crossing Road area about a Domestic Violence call.
When officers arrived, they secured the scene and took the suspect into custody.
On March 8th, after an investigation 23-year-old Bobby D. Maxey of Thaxton, was charged with Aggravated Domestic Violence.
On March 8, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen ordered Maxey to be held without bond. These charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
