On Thursday, the Lee County Sheriff’s Depatment, along with the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, and the Mississippi Alcohol and Beverage Commission executed a search warrant located at 126A CR 855 Shannon in Lee County.
Upon executing the search warrant, Deputies arrested Terry Wayne Page and Melanie Henderson for Possession of Methamphetamine enhanced with a firearm, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a stolen firearm.
Terry Page is currently out on bond with the Lee County Circuit Court for previous drug charges. Inside the residence, the Agents found approximately one ounce of alleged Methamphetamine, two handguns and approximately $8,195.00
Terry Wayne Page, 48, was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance enhanced with a firearm – Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Possession of a Stolen Firearm. His bond has been set at $50,000, and the District Attorney will be asking to revoke the bond since Page is currently out on for drug charges.
Melanie Nichole Henderson, 45, is charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance enhanced with a firearm – Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Stolen Firearm. Her bond has been set at $30,000.
