Couple wanted in Southaven car theft

Therese Apel

The Southaven Police Department is looking for a couple believed to have stolen a car at a local business.

A release from SPD Thursday says around 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, a Walmart shopper noticed her car keys were missing. After checking the parking lot and seeing that her car was not there, she reported it to police.

Authorities reviewed the surveillance video and saw a man and a woman stole the 2020 Nissan Sentra, which has Tennessee tag #BHQ8130.

Both suspects can be seen on the video leaving the business, getting into the car, and driving off.

If you know the identity or location of these individuals, please call SPD at 662-393-8652 or email us at tips@southaven.org.
