The Yazoo County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with The Yazoo City Police Department to launch Operation Gun Control.

From February through March 1st, the two departments will be working to confiscate at least one illegally possessed firearm per day.

If you would like to turn a gun in, you can bring it to The Yazoo County Sheriff’s Office located at 209 East Broadway Street, or to The Yazoo City Police Department located at 305 Mike Espy Drive.

The Sheriff’s Department said,
