UPDATE: The white Mercury Grand Marquis driven by McGaha was located by deputies on County Road 418. Mcgaha may be on foot or possibly could have been picked up.

A woman was found dead in an apartment in Alcorn County, and deputies have identified a man wanted for the crime.
According to the Alcorn County Sheriff’s Department, at 5:10 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an apartment at 397 Highway 356.
They found a woman who had was dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
During the investigation, deputies identified a suspect, Demario Mcgaha of Corinth. Deputies said he left the scene in a white Mercury Grand Marquis with large rims.
Mcgaha is considered armed and dangerous.
