Two Arrested, Two Wanted After 11 Auto Burglaries, 9 Attempted Auto Burglaries In Moss Point

Four people were arrested after 11 auto burglaries and nine attempted auto burglaries in Moss Point on January 3.

According to police, in the early morning hours on January 3, 2024, the Moss Point Police Department received eleven reports of auto burglaries that had taken place during the early morning hours. Besides these reports, nine attempted auto burglaries were also reported. During these auto burglaries, the victims reported personal property taken from their vehicles.

The Moss Point Police Department has identified four individuals who were responsible for these crimes and several other incidents reported throughout the city. Two of the suspects have been arrested. They are:

  • Christopher Reese, 19, of Moss Point – charged with eleven counts of auto burglary and receiving stolen property
  • J’Lyn Daniely, 18, of Pascagoula charged with eleven counts of auto burglary and receiving stolen property.

There are other possible individuals involved in this case. Police are investigating.
