On April 13, Tupelo police served a Lee County Circuit Court Capias Warrant on a woman named Patsy Ann Anderson for Aggravated DUI Resulting in Death.
This warrant is pertaining to a single-vehicle crash that happened on August 25, 2022. It resulted in the death of one of the vehicle’s occupants.
The collision happened near North Gloster and McCullough Blvd. A 58-year-old male was killed.
Penson was held on a $20,000 bond that was issued by Lee County Circuit Court at the time the capias was issued. This case is awaiting trial in Lee County Circuit Court.
