Olive Branch Dispatch were called at 12:54 p.m. after shots were fired in the parking lot of Huey’s on McGregor Crossing.

When officers arrived, they secured the scene and spoke with witnesses to learn more about what happened.

They learned that a suspect was found to be breaking into the victim’s truck.

The owner of the truck was exiting the restaurant and confronted the suspect.

An altercation ensued and the suspect stole a weapon from the vehicle.

The owner of the vehicle was able to retrieve the weapon from the suspect during the altercation.

As the suspect and three accomplices ran from the scene, they fired shots at the victim. Nobody was injured in the altercation.

According to Olive Branch police, the suspects are described as four black males in their late teens.

The two suspect vehicles are a Black Camaro and a Black Charger. They drove off towards Goodman Road to Highway 78 towards Memphis.
