A Plantersville woman was arrested last week after police say she was found to be in possession of illegal drugs.

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, Lee County deputies and the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at a home on Highway 6 in Plantersville Thursday. The Sheriff’s Department had received numerous complaints of drug activity at that address.

After some investigation, a search warrant was issued and executed, and authorities discovered 10 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
Deputies arrested Kimberly Ann Spencer, 43, and charged her with Possession of Methamphetamine.

Spencer’s bond was set at $15,000 by a Lee County Justice Court Judge.
