On November 5th, Officers of the Picayune Police Department responded to 803 Memorial Blvd (Tobacco Shack) about a commercial burglary.
They discovered that a man forcibly entered the business through the drive-through window and stole several items before fleeing.
Officers would gain surveillance photos of the individual and through investigative techniques and citizens providing information on November 6th, 2023 the individual was identified as 19-year-old Terry L. Fowler. He was subsequently located by detectives and arrested.
