According to WLBT, the McComb Police Department is investigating two separate shootings that injured two people and killed a 20-year-old.
Chestnut Street Shooting:
Police said the shootings both happened Wednesday night. The first one happened around 5:30 p.m. on Chestnut Street. A man named Charles Bullock has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault. Police said he shot two of his cousins.
Both individuals were shot multiple times and taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
One victim has been released, and the other one is still at UMMC.
Earl Street Shooting:
20-year-old Cody Gallagher died from the shooting. He was shot multiple times.
Police said so far there are no suspects in custody and they fled the scene.
