Two Armed And Dangerous Carjacking Suspects Wanted In Byram

On Sept. 14th, Byram Police Officers took multiple reports for auto burglaries in the business community along Siwell Road.
Surveillance video was obtained and a Ford F-150 suspect vehicle was identified.
The next day night shift Byram Patrol Officers attempted a traffic stop on a Ford F-150 with a stolen license plate.
The F-150, which was reported stolen from the Veterans Administration Hospital, fled from the officers into the City of Jackson.
The suspects stopped on Barbara Ann Drive and jumped out of the car and ran from officers on foot. One of the suspects was captured moments later.
Curtis Dixon was arrested on scene and charged with 4 counts of auto burglary. Additional charges pending.
Two other suspects have been identified and are currently Byram’s most wanted.
Marcus Terrell Edwards and Shikell Dajuan Butler are wanted for 4 counts of auto burglary and additional charges pending.
The police department is asking for the public’s help in finding these two individuals who like to take things that don’t belong to them.
