Four people are facing charges after investigators linked them to a burglary at a shop on Highway 365 last month.

According to the Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department, deputies received a report of a burglary on August 22, 2025. The shop owner provided security photos of the suspects, and Investigator Aaron Stolz worked with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation to identify one of the individuals.

Through further investigation, authorities identified the suspects as Terry Volner, 41, of Rienzi; Siobhan Volner, 45, of Rienzi; Crystal Nolan, 38, of Counce, Tenn.; and Phillip Gray, 39, of Savannah, Tenn.

On August 25, 2025, the Prentiss County Sheriff’s Department, assisted by the Alcorn County Sheriff’s Department, located all four suspects at a residence in Rienzi. They were taken into custody without incident.

Upon arrival at the Prentiss County Jail, deputies say Phillip Gray was found in possession of methamphetamine.
