According to the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office, on August 4, the CPSO Cyber Crime Unit began investigating a person engaged in illegal filming in the restrooms of multiple Walmart locations.
Forensic analysis of the subject’s personal cell phone device revealed him to be inside a stall at the Vidalia Walmart, at which time he filmed numerous videos of non-consenting victims in the stall next to him using the restroom.
Videos consisting of the same content were also noted to have been filmed at two additional Walmart locations in Natchez, MS and Pineville, LA.
An arrest warrant was obtained, and the suspect was taken into custody by the Natchez Police Department without incident.
He was identified as 40-year-old William Fisk from Natchez. He was charged with two counts of Video Voyeurism.
