A motorcyclist was killed Saturday when his bike collided with a tree and another vehicle.
Mississippi Highway Patrol reports that at approximately 8:48 p.m., Troopers were called to a two-vehicle crash on Hwy 43 near Sulpher Springs Road in Madison County.
A 2010 Harley-Davidson traveling southbound collided with a tree that had fallen in the roadway, ejecting the driver. The Motorcycle then collided with a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro that was northbound.
The driver of the motorcycle, Anthony Jackson 34, received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced deceased on the scene. The driver of the Camaro, Kelvin Smith 33, was not injured.
This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
