The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks invites the public to join them on the coast for the October Commission on Wildlife Fisheries and Parks meeting.
The meeting takes place on Oct. 12 at 10 a.m. at Buccaneer State Park at 1150 South Beach Boulevard in Waveland. Terrell Knight of C-Spire will be speaking on the recent completion of the Wi-Fi pilot project at Buccaneer State Park, which brought top-tier Wi-Fi coverage to over 90% of the park. This is another major step in the revitalization projects happening across the state. Partners like C-Spire are helping with mission to make Mississippi State Parks accessible for all, officials said.
Speakers and interview opportunities include MDWFP Chief of Staff Brian Ferguson, Director of Mississippi State Parks Andre Hollis, Manager of Buccaneer State Park Bridgette Galiouras, Vice President of Government Development, Terrell Knight of C-Spire and Greg Grimes, Senior Systems Engineer of C-Spire.
