The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has activated the Missing and Endangered notification on behalf of Hinds County Sheriff’s Department.

Keyshawnna Williams and Samad Jackson of Jackson were last seen on Sunday, August 11, at about 1 p.m. in the 2600 block of Emerald Drive in Hinds County.

Keyshawnna Williams and Samad Jackson may be accompanied by their non-custodial mother, Ciara Jackson, who is a Black or African American female, 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The non-custodial parent and the missing children have been entered into NCIC.
