The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 76-year-old Arthur Ray Mikell of Jackson.
Mikell was last seen on Monday, September 16, around 12:00 p.m. in the 2900 block of Barwood Drive in Hinds County.
He was driving south in a 2012 white Dodge Ram 1500 bearing a Mississippi tag.
Mikell was last seen wearing a black and pink shirt with gray pants. Family members say he suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
