On Wednesday, October 19, at approximately 9:30 AM, the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Highway 33 North in Franklin County.
A 2020 Dodge Challenger driven by 35-year-old Lenelle Snyder, Fayette, was traveling north on Highway 33.
The vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree. Lenelle Snyder received fatal injuries from the crash and died at the scene.
Mr. Snyder had been reported missing on September 13, 2022, by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
