According to the Daily Leader, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for possession of child pornography.

Summit man, 48-year-old Patrick Joseph Terrebonne, was arrested Wednesday, April 5th.

He was booked into the Lincoln County jail.

Sheriff Steve Rushing told the Daily Leader, “We had a complaint about him possibly possessing some child pornography,” said Sheriff Steve Rushing. “So we were following up on a complaint, and ran a search warrant.”

Based on the complaint and information gathered during the search of his home, Terrebonne was charged with one count of possessing child pornography.

Officers found electronic items in the home and they have been submitted for tests. Sheriff Rushing said this will determine if there will be any other charges.

This investigation is ongoing.
