Police are looking for a man they say is armed and dangerous in connection with a homicide on Monday.
The fatal shooting occurred in the 3400 block of Cardinal Street. Detectives found that the victim was shot multiple times and he was pronounced dead on scene.
Detectives have issued a warrant for the arrest of suspect James Harris. He is charged with murder and is considered armed and dangerous.
