We found plenty more Mississippians doing good around the state this week, it’s beautiful to witness.
Like these groups working together, sending dog food where it was needed. “Isn’t this AMAZING? We are all looking out for each other…Our fellow rescuers saw we had a need for some dry and wet food, and offered to lend us a hand.” Well done, y’all!
And this pep rally in Ripley dedicated to a student undergoing chemotherapy:
“The Ripley Middle School Cheerleaders dedicated their Pep Rally today to Lennox Kennamore who is currently undergoing chemo for his cancer treatment. He is their Super Hero!”
This Adams County pup was saved by local deputies after getting stuck in a storm drain. See the process in these photos!
We loved seeing this Brandon man give a shout-out to his local high school baseball team when players helped move a broken down vehicle. Not only is it great to see the helping spirit in these teens, but the words of encouragement to these young men are priceless as well.
And as college students head back to class around the state, take a minute to enjoy JSU’s Sonic Boom, marching in to this year!!
We see you working hard to make the world a better place, Mississippians, and we commend you. Keep up the good work!
