Five Arrested, One Wanted After Home With Children And Adults Shot Into In Hattiesburg

 On Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, at approximately 9 p.m., Hattiesburg Police responded to a call about a shooting incident in Vickers Circle.
The investigation revealed that the house, which was occupied by five (5) young children and six (6) adults, was struck by multiple rounds.
An adult female victim inside the home was hit but suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Several vehicles parked outside the residence were also struck by the gunfire when the suspects fired at several additional victims standing in the yard.
Hattiesburg Police have arrested and charged the five suspects listed below with Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling and Aggravated Assault: Use of a Deadly Weapon:
— 19-year-old William Beverly Jr.
— 21-year-old Deundre “Lil Dee” Medious
— 18-year-old Ernest “Bob” Ratliff Jr.
— 18-year-old Reginald Young Jr.
— And one juvenile
All five suspects have been booked into the Forrest County Jail.
A sixth suspect (pictured below wearing a red Nike hoodie) is still at large.
