On Saturday, July 09, 2022, D’Iberville Police Officers responded to 10175 Central Avenue, Keith’s Superstore, in reference to an Armed Robbery that just occurred. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the clerk, who advised two unknown black males robbed him at gunpoint. The clerk stated the suspects stole an undetermined amount of cash.
Surveillance footage indicates two subjects were dropped off Just North of the store and approached on foot. Upon entering the store at approximately 10:38 pm, both subjects begin pointing firearms at the clerk. The subjects made their way behind the counter and removed cash from the register. After obtaining the cash from the clerk, the two subjects exited the store traveling north where they are believed to have been picked up by a dark-colored sedan-type vehicle.
One subject was described as a black male wearing a black face covering, a black hoodie with a white stripe on the sleeves, a red hat, blue medical-style gloves, black pants, and black shoes. This subject was carrying a silver revolver-style pistol.
The second subject was described as a black male, wearing a black face covering, a black hoodie with white writing on the chest, blue medical-style gloves, black pants, and white shoes. This subject was carrying a black semi-automatic-style pistol.
