Wednesday Weather: Dangerous Heat Conditions Continue

Mary Apel

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for Wednesday until 7 pm.

Dangerous heat conditions continue across the state as high temps and humidity combine to create heat indices up to 110. Temperatures will reach the mid 90’s today, cooling into the mid 70’s overnight with slightly cloudy skies. A few stray showers are possible this afternoon.

Residents are reminded to check on pets and neighbors, and avoid strenuous outdoor activity if possible.
