Citizen Complaints Lead To Drug Arrest In Tupelo

On September 6, the North the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit and the Tupelo Police Department executed a search warrant at 3713 Saragosa Circle in Belden.
Complaints from citizens and an investigation led officers to seek the search warrant.
A felony amount of methamphetamine, a felony amount of Oxycodone, and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana were seized. Ten individuals were detained.
After more investigation and interviews with the detained individuals three were charged and one held for another jurisdiction. The remaining suspects were released pending further charges.
Charged were:
• Olivia Roman (53 y/o female, Belden) and Pamika Standifer (35 y/o female, Pontotoc) were charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine.
• Octavious Stephens (30 y/o male, Okolona) was charged with Felony Possession of Oxycodone.
• Alex Carillo (47 y/o male, Belden) was found to have a felony warrant out of New Albany. No Photo Available.
On 09/07/2023 Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen set Gunn’s bond at $3,500.00, Roman’s bond at $5,000.00, and Standifer’s bond at $5,000.00. Carillo was detained for New Albany.
