A 19-year-old from Booneville has been captured by US Marshals and charged with Attempted Murder.
Veronica Grace Gillespie was arrested on an outstanding warrant for multiple felony charges stemming from a shooting in late August near Sunflower Housing.
According to the police department, Gillespie is the fifth and final suspect to be arrested and charged in this case.
Gillespie is charged with one count of Attempted Murder, one count of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, and three counts of Shooting At or Into A Motor Vehicle.
She is being held without bond as of this release.
This case will be presented to the Prentiss County grand jury.
