On March 30, 53-year-old James Everett Frawley of Booneville was charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
His bond was set at $50,000.
The case will be presented to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury by Deputy Ken Shackelford.

A Booneville man was indicted on one count of child molestation. 55-year-old Anthony Miller, of Booneville, has been indicted by the Prentiss County Grand Jury.
