On August 14, 2022, Tupelo Police were notified of a shoplifting incident at the T Mobile Store on North Gloster. Loss prevention advised that security camera footage caught two suspects had stolen two Apple Watches and two Galaxy Watches.

The investigation revealed that 30-year-old Ailey Shadburn from Booneville, was a suspect and on August 18th, a Felony Shoplifting Warrant was issued. On September 9, Shadburn was detained in Prentis County.

Tupelo was contacted and the warrant was served.

On September 9, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen set bond at $5,000. This case will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
