Authorities Looking For Inmate Who Escaped From Oktibbeha County Jail

An inmate from Oktibbeha County Jail escaped Sunday, December 3 at 8:40 p.m.

47-year-old William Strohm, of Memphis Tennessee, was serving a year sentence after being revoked on a previous Burglary.

Strohm was a trusty serving on the kitchen crew, and was last seen running northbound on Jackson Street at Martin Luther King Dr.

Police and deputies are actively searching the area on foot and using drones.

Strohm was last seen wearing light-colored pants possibly khaki, a white t-shirt, and a dark-colored coat with orange interior. He is approximately 5’10” and weighs about 190 lbs.
