Tupelo Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a recent burglary at Big Lenny’s Storage on Washington Street.
Officers responded to a call on October 17, at 1229 Washington Street, where they learned that a storage unit had been burglarized and multiple items were stolen.
Surveillance footage from the business provided officers with images of possible suspects.
After a thorough investigation, 39-year-old Amanda M. Morgan of Saltillo was arrested on October 29 and charged with Burglary of a Commercial Building.
Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen set Morgan’s bond at $3,500. Her charges are expected to be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
