A McComb man is behind bars, accused of shooting someone else several times and leaving him for dead.
A release from McComb Police Department says two weeks ago on Oct. 17, officers went to Venable Street on a call of shots being fired.
When they got there, they found Anthony L. Wells, who had been shot multiple times.
During the course of the investigation and after talking with witnesses, investigators arrested Wade Alexander of McComb and charged him with aggravated assault, manifesting extreme indifference to human life.
