Starkville Man Charged with Grand Larceny and Failure to Stop

A man in Starkville has been charged with grand larceny and failure to stop when officer signals, which is a felony offence.
Donnell Riley, 38, has been accused of stealing a vehicle from Eckford Drive in Starkville at approximately 2:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Riley was seen driving the vehicle at high speeds on Louisville Street, and that’s when officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop.
The vehicle continued to flee the area, which lead to Riley fleeing on foot at an apartment complex on Louisville Street.
He was later found and arrested.
Riley was transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail and is awaiting bond.
