Clinton police have made two arrests after an argument led to a shooting over the weekend.
CPD Public Information Officer Amanda Jones says the victim was shot once at the Super 8 hotel.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to be released today, according to police officials.
Shakayla Washington has been charged with accessory after the fact. Jarmarcus Williams is charged with aggravated assault.
Washington and Williams are scheduled to make an initial court appearance Monday, at which time bond will be set.
