Woman Arrested For Shooting At Man In Greenville

On Monday, November 28, around 6:53 pm, Officers with the Greenville Police Department responded to the area of St. Charles/Luster in reference to shots fired.
When officers arrived, they made contact with a black male victim, identified as 39-year-old Quince Eaton.
Eaton told police that he was in his 2016 Toyota Corolla traveling on Shields Street when 37-year-old Shanika Williams came out of her house and shot a gun at him.
Eaton said that Williams shot the windows out of his vehicle and the shattered glass struck his face causing several lacerations.
Police were able to take Williams into custody in the area of St. Charles/Delesseps without incident.
Williams was transported to the Washington County Regional Correctional Facility where she awaits her initial appearance before a Judge.
Williams is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
