Batesville Police Department’s Special Response Team served active warrants today that resulted in the arrest of Lashanda Russell.
Russell was charged with Felony False Pretenses, Commercial Burglary and Trespassing.
Russell is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
