Jackson Friends of the Animal Shelter is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that helps homeless pets in the Jackson metro area.
This group is now helping to walk the adoption dogs at Webster Animal Shelter in Madison, Mississippi every other Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
Their address is 525 Post Oak Road.
They are inviting the public to come help! Jackson Friends will bring all of the walking “stuff” so now all they need is for you to show up with your smile and some comfortable shoes!
Who knows, you may meet your new best friend one weekend when you go to help!
If you follow their Facebook page, they will post the dogs they walk and add any new ones that come to the shelter needing a home or a walking buddy!
